Reading my post-secret books is a nice pastime for me. But sometimes I ditch the books and come online, and I'm glad I did because I stumbled upon one that I've not seen in years.
I only half-agree with this statement. I used to live by it but from experience I have realised that although we do put up walls with people we don't know very well as a test of loyalty, we also put them right back up again if the person who has broken them breaks your trust. We put them up fast and high, locking people out of our minds to stop ourselves being vulnerable to hurt again.
