The Rasmus

In December The Rasmus are coming to Manchester for the first time in about 3/4 years and I am so so excited to go and see them. I've got tickets, along with my best friend Heather and possibly my other friend Rebex if she fancies it, and I literally cannot wait.

Whatever is going on in my life and whatever emotion I am feeling, The Rasmus have a song that fits. I never claimed to be a huge music fan, and so, even though I love the songs, my love for this band has always been down to the lyrics as I can relate to so many of them. Even the other day they helped, I was stressed out because I'd been at the police station a lot last week and I decided to have a listen to their new album, one that I'd not yet listened to, and, surprise surprise, Lauri had written the most perfect song for me to be listening to at that time. 

I can't WAIT to see them live, and this time I am making sure that, unlike last time, when I only met Aki Hakala, the drummer, I will meet the man behind these amazing lyrics that have helped me through so so much for probably about 12 years now. And he's obviously going to fall in love with me and invite me to live with him in Finland. That goes without saying.

Oh my god I can't waiiiiiit.
