Getting closer to Rick and Jake xx and we've all agreed to see each other more as a group, Connor agrees we need to go out more regularly than we have been doing and now Ieuan has one weekend night off a week! That's 3 of my best friends back and one newun on the scene!
I'm gonna see my babies Claudia and Heather more and now I'm getting to know a couple more people on my course, I'm hopefully joining Almost Famous theatre society with Becky and Connor and I'm just so so happy with the way things are looking for 2012!
Added to this, I got a grumpy phone call off my housemate Matt this morning, telling me that he'd been to view a house with Sam, Patrick and Alex and that they wanted to put a deposit down NOW but that it was an 8 bedroom so we basically needed to find somebody quickly before it goes but less than 12 hours later even that's sorted!
It's an absolutely perfect house. It's got huge bay windows and double beds in each room, a basement/party room with a pool table (!), 3 bathrooms, a huge sitting room, a main kitchen and mini kitchens in EVERY bedroom and we have all the bills/internet etc. included in the best price ever, less than I'm paying for a box room and kitchen in Horlock! I am so buzzin.
Last year was mental but I lay down the foundations for THIS year, recovering from depression and anxiety, ending a bad relationship, applying for and getting into university and finding God (!) and now this year I can build on those. I'm entering the year with an amazing faith and puuurrfect mental health, having had a good start at my degree and made some wonderful friends at uni and now I can build on all that. I am so full of hope, I would literally not trade places with anybody at the minute. This is an amazing feeling.
And THIS is what my bedroom will be like next year. I will have this many books.
